Trust Clerk
Salary: £25,989 to £27,254 per annum pro rata

We are looking to recruit a clerk to work across 5 of our Trust schools Aberford, Carlton, Cliffe, Fairburn and Selby CP School, each school has 4 Local Governing Body meetings per year. Each of these meetings are paid at 7 hours per meeting to include preparation hours, clerking the meeting and completing minutes and distributing post meeting. There is also an additional 20 hours to be paid per year to cover general admin time, emails etc. Ideally the successful candidate should be in post as soon as possible post April 2026, but flexibility will be given for the successful candidate.
Travel time to and from the meetings is not paid, however mileage will be paid.
This post is offered on either an employed or self employed basis to suit the successful candidate and will be subject to a 6 month probationary period.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Governance Professional and the central team. They can look forward to a period of high quality professional development as well as making a welcome contribution to the lives of our children and community.

Selby Community Primary School is National Support School and judged ‘good’ by Ofsted (April 2022). We are seeking a teaching assistant who can work flexibly across our nursery provision (2 and 3 year olds).
The ideal candidates will be open to working with children on a small group basis developing relationships and supporting children to access a broad and balanced curriculum.
The candidate should have the motivation to develop themselves professionally and collaborate with others as well as the ability to develop strong relationships with parents and others. The successful candidate will have the ability to provide a high-quality learning experience as well as the enthusiasm and energy to engage and motivate all pupils.
Part time applications will be considered.
The post is offered on a fixed term basis, as it is linked to funding (and is subject to a probationary period).
